True business success goes beyond profit. To achieve loyal customers and lasting success, businesses must be driven by a purpose that solves real problems and contributes to the greater good. Putting purpose at the center of business isn’t only morally and ethically the right choice, it also makes strong business sense.
Research shows that purpose-driven companies not only witness higher market share gains, they also grow faster, achieve higher workforce and customer satisfaction, and foster stronger communities. Charlottesville is home to numerous businesses that are proof.
Join us on Friday, April 18, at the 13th Annual Tom Tom Festival for an engaging panel discussion on “Strengthening Our Community Through Purpose-Driven Business,” featuring three outstanding Charlottesville business leaders who will share how that do more than generate revenue—they change lives.
